I put a hydraulic clutch on my 12 RG. I loved it, but it was expensive. I pieced it all together myself out of the CVO books at the dealer. The most expensive piece is the trans side cover, it was like $300 or something ridiculous!

I believe the following are the parts I used when I converted my 08 Ultra. But as always do your own research and make sure the parts are correct for your application.

37137-07 transmission side cover, chrome $235.96
38881-08a clutch line asy ,brd'd $84.00
36819-07 pushrod, hydraulic clutch $23.20
36731-91 clutch release plate assembly $19.52
38744-09 master cylinder assembly, polished lever $124.00
I did this conversion with the above part numbers, and left out one important part, this is only for bikes with cruise control.

as the hydraulic clutch you added from Harley? The clutch lever has to work with a switch in the switch housing.

Ride it and see if the cruise works. Chances are that the clutch switch is the culprit.

The clutch switch has to be functioning correctly for the 6th gear light and the cruise to work.

Test all the switch functions:

My guess is that #9 will be backwards

Easiest way to check all dropout functions of your cruise control.

1. bike off, run/stop to run
2. push set/resume to set and hold.
3 with cruise on/off switch to on, turn on bike
4. cruise indicator light should be green, release set switch, light should turn red.
5. push to resume and release, light should turn green then red
6. push throttle closed and release, light should turn green then red
7. push rear brake pedal and release, light should turn green then red
8. pull front brake lever, light should turn green then red
9. on models with a clutch/neutral starter lockout, pull clutch lever, light should turn green then red

Harley makes 2 clutch switches one is normally open the other normally closed, the information I used when when I changed my clutch to hydraulic said the switch needed to be changed to the switch used on the CVO bikes.
