Take into account the time of year - first we are approaching winter - now is NOT the time to get prime for your bike, I would wait until end of Feb to list - start a tad at the high end of retail, as you can always come down.
Also take into consideration that this is an election year, it has been a tad tough 4 years economy wise, so there is some serious truth to what Bwana1 says.
My experience is you get more when demand is up and people want.
So if you wait till early Spring or late Winter - election will be over, and hopefully some good news will come with it, and of course the fever to want to ride will hit.
