I don't think it'd going to be much of a problem. Although that Hell's Foundry piece looks like it would work, I prefer the original mounting which to me is more solid.
I'll know as soon as the brackets get here from Surdyke.
With the lowers and the tour pack coming, well on the way to an '06 Ultra:-)
