Saw a Yellow and a Midnight Pearl Street Glide last week at dealer for first time. I am biased toward the Midnight Pearl, looks black until up close or the sun hits it. The Yellow is definitely an Attention Color ! , even has a bit of green base in the metallic finish but could be my old eyesight playing tricks on me, so I even asked the sales rep and he said the Yellow shows a lot of color in the sun, it POPs pretty good. Think they were calling it the Bumble Bee (or that could have been the 2012 CVO Ultra model ?).
Saw Ultra Limited in the yellow/black combo, REALLY sharp and beutiful color, POPS in the light!
Right next to it was a SG in the same yellow w/o the black, looked like crap! Too much of a good thing. ALL YELLOW and painted saddlebag latches and other things that were crhome on the Ultra, was just too much!
You look, you decide. really nice color, but it needs a contrast and chrome to pull it off.
my son was looking at one at a local dealer when he decided he wanted to sit on it,salesman said go ahead so he pulled off his boots so he would be sure and not scratch one of the bags when this young kid walked by and said Homos wear yellow on wednesday.
I always thought they wore pink shirts, white pants and a sweater tied around their neck and played golf.

I had forgotten all about the canary yellow hot rods back in the day, that and candy apple red (or something like that) were my two favorite colors on those hot rods. A Harley, for me at least, should be black. I'd have a hard time going with any other color, although some do look okay I guess. Bright yellow enough to make a school bus pull over for you is going to far.
Thanks, Guys...Guess I'm still biased on 2 tone Ultras, Not the Limited cuz I never liked their Paint Scheme Set-Up. Too much Yellow on Street Glide turns me off.
Guess I'll stick with my '09 Ultra in Silver Pearl and Flame Blue Pearl. Got so much invested as there's nothing wrong with that bike...And plus what's more, I lost my job way back in December 2010 after 22 years.
