Engine Quit on the Hi-Way

Engine Quit on the Hi-Way
08 Street Glide engine shut down on the hi-way today checked codes got P1356, think its rear cylinder no combustion... Could use some troubleshooting advice on where to start looking to fix this problem. It's got me stumped bikes been running great until this afternoon.

Check your battery connection as well. Mine has been known to loosen, and cause it not to start.
Also age wise, it is about time to replace your wires so do wires and plugs. Check all that has been recommended to check and hopefully all will be well soon. Keep in touch. Comments are still coming in and I/we want to know what it caused it as well. Best of luck to you Provider

I had that same code and the fix was new plug wires. Mine didnt quit running only had a bad hesitation during high rev's.

I had the same thing happen, it turned out that the intake pushrod of the rear cylinder decided to loosen up. LockTite on the adjustable pushrods from cam change didn't hold. reset the pushrods and the bike started back up fine.
