A zerk fitting is a grease fitting that allows you to attach your grease gun to the part that you want to grease. I agree with everybody else, do it yourself. But it is not absolutely neccessary to get a lift, although it is a lot nicer

I buy almost all of my Harley parts and accessories from Lakeshore (lshd1). Unfortunately, they can't ship outside the US now due to MOCO restrictions.

I got those sort of quotes for my 2010 FXDWG in melb, Aus so I will do it myself.
