i saw some that fit without a helmet, but they are just large earphones. IMO you'd do better by getting a 3/4 helmet and either use the HD headsets or what I did, and get the J&M headsets installed into a 3/4 helmet. sound is a whole bunch better, especially at higher speeds with the wind.
on the half/shorty try J&M, they have one ready to go with a half helmet, with the ear covers that zip on and off. They hide the headset and boom mike. This is their product and i believe not retro-fitable to the HD set.
I use their headset with the KBC TourComm 3/4 ( they sell it as a package ready to go). Works and sounds great.
I am positive that someone makes a kit. Fact I'm pretty sure that I saw one posted on this forum last spring. (Search function either isn't working or I'm using the wrong words)
Keystone, or anyone else for that matter, have you tried the IMC HS-H30 Headset? I'm thinking about using these with a half helmet and some Bigear earplug/earbuds. So I'm really interested in the microphone and how well it works with the VOX. Thanks!
