I think I answered this better on post 5 on the leak. I am drinking a fine glass of merlot at this moment, so a picture right now is out of the question.
When I did a search, I found several posts on this, some saying the two allen head screws on the right side of the engine, right below the cover that says "six speed", where the exhaust bracket is attached to the engine. I looked there and can see where oil has been leaking out, running to the oil pan, and dripping on the floor. I was chasing it but couldn't find anything until I looked there. try this post:
Yep, it's a pretty common leak, had it on my '09 ultra also.
Yep, very common. Had it on my 10 Ultra as well. Fortunately, it was still under warranty so I let the dealer fix it. They said the torque settings have changed for the transmission cover box and oil pan bolts.
