I've been drooling over the Monkey Bars for weeks. Was dead set on them. But I looked at the WO's web site and it looks like they pull back towards me more where the MB are straight up. I have a bad back and it seems the pull back would be a more comfortable riding position. With either set was thinking of the 12 or 14s. I'm right at 6 feet. Am I overthinking it? Will the MB help back just as much as WOs? I still love the look of the MB, but comfort may win. Thanks in advance.
I have the WO 12 1/2 inch, 502s. I'm 6"0" and my hands are about heart level and pull back is about 2-3 inches more than the OEM, and have a great wrist angle. They are great for about an hour or so, then my elbows start to ache, so I drop one hand into my lap and go for a while, then switch over to the other hand. That helps. But, I'm thinking about going with something else. I like the wrist angle and pullback, but the height puts a strain on the elbows.

As to the height issue, I have a set of Khrome Werks Tall Wide Sweeper Bar for FLHT P/N 300505. I look at apes & Wild Ones a lot but for riding these work perfect no ache or pains. Puts my hands at the top of the speaker ring.
I liked them both as well but for me I liked the look of the PYO MBB's more. I ordered a set of 14" on Friday. I thought the 12"s would be good and the more I read the forums here the more I talked myself into the 14"s. Good luck with your decision!!
I bought the WO578 because I still wanted my hands inside the fairing and the pull back I am hoping will be closert than stock. Stock bars you are just to hunched over. I'm 5'11"
My previous Road King had 12" mini-apes, and looking back on it, that's probably why I didn't ride it much. I didn't care for how they felt in the twisties, and my hands would go numb after a while. I have WO 575s on my Street Glide and now I know why I didn't ride the RK much. The 575s are perfect for me and very comfortable, much more so than the mini-apes.
