hole does not line up
hole does not line up
i recentley moved my bars down,, put it back together and the forks would not lock,everything else works,took it back apart aligned the switch and same thing,took it back apart and this time broke the plastic top of the switch that the nut goes on,, oh well ordered a new switch,,but upon removing the switch for replacement, i turned the forks all the way left, an the dhole where the locking pin comes out the bottom of the switch and is suposed to go into the hole in the frame,they are about 1/2 " off not from aligning with other,,any ideas?? i only moved the bars back 1/2",, no cable changes,,can not see any binding,,what would cause these holes from not lining up any more?? it should line up all the way to the left,,,the hole cant move i know,, so what the heel happened???
never took anything loose but the two rear bar bolts to move the bars down,,thought the ing,switch was out of alignment,but it was ok,broke the top of switch,,ordered new one,,took switch off to replace,,turn bars to far left, and the two holes r about a half inch of becoming one hole for the lock pin to drop into,
