I know you said you want duals, but at least look at and listen to some 2-1 pipes. You can have loud and better performance with (most) of them. It took me a long time to get over not having duals hanging out under the bags, but for me the performance and sound was worth giving up the traditional look...

But you can have a 2-1 and still have the dual look, just get a ghost pipe
Why not try the Fullsac True Dual kit? Get basically the same look for a fraction of the cost. Seen plenty of feedback here praising them. No I don't work for them.

+1 on that. I like the look of my 2-1 even better than my old TD setup. No comparison performance wise, either. The MGS TD's claim to equal or exceed most 2-1's performance from what I understand, but personally, I'd have to feel it to believe it. No knock on MGS intended, either BTW. I would definitely give them serious consideration if I were ever in the market for TD's again.

I had the fatcat with no ghost pipe on my 09 FLHX and I loved it. Always ran into guys that said they didn't like the look of one sided pipe but never bothered me with the stock saddle bags. Now that I have a CVO though I opted for the ghost pipe for obvious reasons
