Anyone have these on there Ultra? I have heard they perform better than other systems. I'm considering it even though they are pricey and wanted to hear 1rst hand reviews...
I have the HD LED's all around. Did the headlight, then the spots, then the tail, then the turns and finally the Air Wing rack. I love them all. I can see and I can be seen. The down side is that you can do a lot of engine work for what they cost.
Put them on my 2012 ultra classic about one month ago...can't say anything about comparing to any others. However the HD ones are unbelievably good.
I know that it is about $900 to do the headlight and the spots but moneys well spent. Also, of you only do the headlight you will definitely want the spots too.
Headlights, spots, brake and turn signals. Had them all installed before I even took delivery. Yes they were expensive but they sure do make me visible.
Don't think I'd ever get another bike without them.
Thanks guys for sharing your experience with these. After I posted this thread, I had to run an errand so I took the bike. The stock headlamps just suck. They don't light up the backroads so I can see the critters that want to kill me and they are easy to outrun on the freeway. I will definately swap the running lamps too.

Reason: add to
Definately on my Spring list next year. Driving on I70 thru Utah this past Summer at night was a real eye opener with the crappy stock lights on my CVO Ultra. SJ Ron
