Default Brawler seat question

I just installed a Brawler seat on my hog. Only problem is the two white plastic tabs on the fender are now showing. They are there to hold the stud in place & to protect the fender from damage from the seat bracket. For those of you that have this seat, did you remove the plastic tabs?

I have the Brawler.... You're right that the plastic washers are visible.... I just decided to ignore it and leave em - but it does bug me.... I don't think you can do without em tho without risking messing up the paint

If you have a black bike you need inch and half rubber washers that you can get at a true value hardware store. They just go over the washers hides it real nice. On a non black bike two options. Your seat is black so you can get away with the black rubber washers it is better ten what you have. Or in the winter you can pull them off and get touch up paint from Harley and paint the washer. Done both and both work. Mine even stuck out more because the lepera solo doesn't cover them at all. Good luck.

Ok I thought my seat was installed incorrectly. That white bugs me. Think I'm gonna try the black rubber washers. Thanks for the info guys!

Took a picture for you its kind of dark but the black rubber washers really hides the white washers.

Pic really helps. I need to get those washers. Haven't had time to go. Looks 100% better than the white. Thanks!

don't remove both white washers at once. if you do decide to remove them do it one at a time. you will hate yourself if you do.

If the mounting tab on your Brawler is not adjusted all the way in you may be able to get enough movement back to hide the washers.
