Kompressor heads
"Ported heads" is a broad definition. I've seen heads that were sold as a "Street Port" that consisted of a multi-angle valve job with new valves, a quick polish of the combustion chamber and exhaust port, and very, very minimal porting in the intake port. A fluff and buff like that will give you slightly better performance than stock heads, but not a huge bump in performance.
There's lots of terms thrown out by companies that port heads: Street port, Pro street port, stage I, stage II, stage III, level A, level B etc. The problem is, there's no industry standard for what any of that means, so you have to ask the shop doing the work.
If your heads were set up to match the 555 cams, something like the Fuel Moto level B heads in a 103 at 10.2 compression and your pro pipe, you would very likely hit your 100/100 hp goal. With the cams, exhaust and stock heads, or lightly massaged heads you'd probably fall short.
Those "Kompressor" heads, btw, are nothing more than stock heads that have been decked .060 to reduce the size of the combustion chamber to 76cc (or 78cc, don't remember) and better valve springs. You could duplicate that on your stock heads for less money.

I don't have anything against the Kompressor heads, I was just suggesting that if you've already got a good set of heads, you can have them decked for less $$ than it takes to buy a new set of heads.
I have my own preferences and can tell you what I would do in your situation but the best advice I can give you is to talk to head porter/builder types, like Don Dorrman (Dewey's Heads), Kirby/VTwin Performance, Scott/Hillside, Charlie/Short Block Charlie, Jamie/Fuel Moto, Bean/BigBoyz, etc.; you will learn a lot from those conversations, most importantly, who you think you can work with. Pick one and follow his lead on the rest of the build; they all know what works and what doesn't.
