went to laconia 2 years ago on my 09 classic with tour pack and gear, would do the same thing. took it to the shop in north conway had the mechanic adjust tree bearing, still did it but not as bad. someone suggested removing the tour pack and try. I did that and no more wobble. seems all the weight in back unloaded some weight off the front end.Ever notice bikes with raked steering never have that problem. wonder how the baggers with raked trees and bigger wheels handle?

Try pumping up your tires to the max allowed pressure on the sidewall and test again before tearing into it again. Under inflated tires can cup and cause wobble after everything else is properly set. A little extra tire pressure helps smooth things out again.

My 09 FLH has about 36,000 miles on it I have adjusted it 3 * it's feeling like it's needing it again as I go into a slow turn I can feel the front end dive without much input from me so I know what time I'll get to it this winter so far not much snow so I've kept riding
