For a 96", 103", or a 110" they won't make a difference vs the stock pipes on a 103" motor. They do have billet end caps if that makes a difference.
They are not the Screaming Eagle pipes of the past.
However, If you want a great platform for a good sound, 4" size vs a 3" (or is it 3 1/2"), and a sleeper look, with decent performance. I think they are GREAT!
Getting the stock baffle out and replacing it with a performance baffle, a header without a cat, A/C stage 1, and turner makes A LOT of difference!
On my 88" they have worked really well. I have used both 4" model and the 3.5" version that came on the '04-'05 CVO models. They are both quiet with a deeper sound. They also give halfway decent performance. But they will not give a BIG HD sound, but it is better than stock.

agreed. with the stock baffles, they are even quieter than the stock mufflers on the 'regular' bikes, but you can pick up a takeoff set of the cvo mufflers for $150 or less, and for $119, get the 1.75 or 2.0 muffler cores from fullsac and for a grand total of $250 or less, you have a great sounding, great looking system.
i did it to my wife's bike and i think that if i were to ever go to a dual system (or a 2-1-2), i would go this same route. her bike sounds and performs great.
