CVO Ultra console insert on an Ultra???

Chrome console insert #77153-08
Pan head screws (3ea) #4194
Retainer bracket (1ea) #77177-08
Retainer bracket (2ea) #77188-08

Does it install different from the stock insert??? Just wondering because of the need for brackets and screws. Found this same list of parts in another thread.

apparently it does attach slightly differently. according to ronnies microfiche for the 2012 cvo, (pic attached), those brackets are items 28 and 29. they are not found on the 2012 fltru. ronnies doesn't have any 2013s loaded, but i can't imagine they would be different.
