Default Bolt-on tach?

The previous owner of my bike mentioned something about a bolt-on tach that mounts to the handlebar nacelle. Anyone seen something like this for Road Kings?

Looks like you may have a police RK. Try this. Select 2003 then FHLPEI, then tachometer assembly:

All the Police Road Kings have the Tach, and the black painted headlight nacelle. If the wiring has been only tucked into the nacelle, all you need to do is find a tach and bracket and bolt it on. Heres what it looks like, its something Id never get rid of, love having a tach for one, and love how it looks. But im a hot-rod guy at heart....

I wonder why they don't list any FLHPEI for 2002 or 2001? My VIN identifies the bike as an FLHPEI, 2001.

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...ach-mount.html Here is one I have for sale already mounted to a handlebar cover, it accepts the Harley Tach that matches the speedo.
