Default Please help me

I recently installed v&h slip ons and am getting some minor decel popping. I have done research but have not found something to solve it. I have the pc III and a se ac. Thanks in advance guys. Are these minor pops anything to worry about.

It's either your tune or possibly an exhaust leak. Did you use new muffler clamps and torque them to specs? Muffler clamps are intended for one time use, not re-use over and over. What pipes did you have on before? I am assuming that you had no popping with them.

I had stock mufflers on so I would not be able to hear the pops if there were any. I have checked and all 4 bolts are tight. So no exhaust leak

Could be a couple different things. Like djbiker said, might need a new map. Also check to see if you have an exhaust leak. Just because all the bolts are tight doesn't mean you don't have a leak. There are tons of threads on here about the subject. Do a quick search and you might find some useful info.

I have an 01 carb Road King so not nearly as complicated as most bikes here but had decel popping since I got the bike 60K ago. Recently had cans replaced and now no more backfire. Check all bolts/connections. Being too **** may not be that bad.
