4" bags will scrape before the floorboards with stock SG rear suspension. Also have to watch coming out of inclined driveways. I have scraped my 4" on my SG a couple of times. I also scrape the floorboards on my stock Ultra a lot, maybe need to slow down some

I have scraped the 4" bags on my `09 FLHT quite a few times.

You`ll have to be careful on corners with your SG,as your bike is 1" lower than mine in the rear.

Yup !!! Skid plates are your best friend!!!

...explain to her, for next time..what a Gift Card is..and why men prefer to pick their own toys out at a Harley dealer, the same reason why men NEVER pick out clothes for their women!...

I would be honest with her, that way she still keeps on giving. I have the Sinister bags and never had a problem with them scraping.

That's why I got an iPad!! I call it my PornPad! Lol

I suppose that I really want the 4"-ers but my "mature adult" side (the side that doesn't want to scrape them) is yelling "KEEP THE CVO'S!!!!".

The only time that i have had scrapping is going in or out of drainage curbs like gas stations, i just learned not to lean as far then!!
