Default Question About 103 Cylinders/Pistons

I brought a used set of low mileage 103 cylinders and pistons. When they arrived the pistons were in the cylinders. This may be a dumb question but how do you get the piston out of the cylinder? I thought the piston would just come out. I want to send the cylinders to FuelMoto for a FM 107 without the pistons. Thanks for any advise.

Like posted, with a hammer handle gently from the top of the piston down, you should be prepaired to catch the piston, it should come out really easy.

Just be sure that you don't use a metric hammer.

Turn the cylinders upside down, spray some WD40 around the piston/cylinder contact area, flip them over, spray some at the top, let them soak a little & tap out with a hammer handle.

Just as most said... I tapped them out with the end of a wooden hammer handle.
