I'm planning on upgrading my wheels this winter and I'm torn on what I want so maybe I can get some people's opinions on what would look best. I have a 2009 FLHT Black Denim.
Option one: HD Chrome agitators 19/18 (with money left over would pick up the chrome engine kit)
Option two: Fat Spokes with red hub/rim with black spokes with white walls 21/16
Option three: Fat spokes with black hub/rim with chrome spokes with white walls 21/16
In my opinion, there are to many bikes HD Chrome agitators.
Your other options sound good, if spokes is what your looking for. I decided to do a wheel upgrade over the winter. After looking at a bunch of wheels and vendors, I got the best deal from HogPro. If I had a denim bike, I think I'd look at some contrast cut wheels. Give the guys at HogPro a shout before you pull the trigger on a wheel purchase, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm definitely leaning towards the spoke. As far as the contrast cut, the thought has ran through my mind but I feel the fender and light bar would need to be changed out. however, I think the contrast cuts look great on the denim SG and RG.
Thanks again and keep them coming...also if you think something else may look better let me know.
