Default Help me find
Do you all use bolt covers/caps or replace the ugly bolts used in the motor and throughout the bike to prevent rust. If so can you tell me where you got them and maybe a link. Thank you so much.

If you go to stainless, you'll never go back...

Polish them up with a wire wheel they look as good as chrome, and look much nicer than the thin chromed caps that begin to rust way too soon.

They look good 2kids, but will they rust and how well are they made. Id love to but the stainless kit but isnt it like 200 bucks at harley.

IMO, the caps look "CHEAP" do it right & go with SS.

I capped all my allens, the hard water here leaves real deposits in allen heads.

I do not use stainless fasteners myself.

stainless is more brittle than steel and I have drilling out a busted bolt or machine screw.

Will never rust, they are ABS plastic. I had them on my Deuce for years and they still looked like new. At 30 bux you cant beat it
