my being cheep, I had a bunch of that floor matting rubber that goes together like a jigsaw puzzle, cut a couple of pieces and stuck them inside the fairing with contact cement.
I also added some polyester wadding that looks like insulation- this material is used in speaker cabinets, and available at hobby shops for stuffing dolls.
yes i have some armaflex insulation tape that is 1/4 inch x 2 ,it's a closed cell foam.thinking about using it. i guess just put it all over the inside of the fairing.
I would use peel and seal in the bike as well. Dynamat as good as it is is pretty heavy and expensive. Someone mentioned mouse pads. Have not tried it but I think I would use that on the bike, but not in the car! RAAMmat is a good product as well. But again, for the bike I would try mouse pads then peel and seal if the mouse pads didn't work.
