Waiting for 12 inch mbb to show up that i have ordered since nov, just wondering how slow speed/parking manueverability is as i am only 5'9 wondering if 10 inch bars would be better for reach to help with control
i tried to order them from yaffe before summer, out of stock. went to ebay and they had them everywhere. then i got a call that none of those dudes actually had them in stock either. so I went with LA chopper bars. hope you get yours man.
as for control...i love them, so much easier to ride, even slow speed
I ordered my 10" thru EBay, had them in less than a week..... I am 6' and slow speed for me took a little time to get used to them.... the bike now feels like it has "power steering". I do not believe you are just going to jump on your bike bike and ride like a pro, it's going to take your a few rides to get used to them. My advice would be to go to a parking lot and try them out. I don't want to scare you, just caution you. Once you learn them, you will love them. Good Luck, Be safe JIM
i ordered my bars threw Nautical customs shipped to the house in 5 days for $315. just got them on, now i have wait till the salt and snow is off the roads at the end of march..booo
Should have said been waiting since nov because first set came in damaged but i still dont have them.I figure it will take a little bit to get used to them as it did to adjust to the weight compared to my softtail but i have never ridden a bike with apes just not sure what to expect
