Default Hells Foundry???

Need some opinions please. I ordered some rear speaker pods from these guys on January 3rd, my card was run for the total and I got a receipt emailed to me. Have yet to recieve my parts. I've emailed them three times with no reply, the phone number just bounces around to the same voicemail. I've left three messages with no return phone call. I really want the parts more than disputing the charges with my bank. Anybody deal with these folks may have an answer or a way of getting in touch with them?

Just be sure to pay attention to your banks policies regarding disputed charges and time lines. Don't let the time run out or you may get stuck owing the charge.

Are you kidding?? Almost 2 weeks with no response, no tracking info....nothing? I'm sorry but that is just plain unacceptable behavior. I haven't dealt with them and there may be a plausible explanation but it apparently didn't take them long to run his CC. If you are running an online business, you owe your customer some communication.

I'm with the OP on this one.......bad form!

Very correct, some banks are 30 days and some have a 60 day deadline. I'd say give em more time but no tracking number or returned email/call seems fishy

It's been two weeks, and all I'm looking for is a response of some kind. Nobody answers the phone, returns emails or messages.

Sorry you're having a problem. I bought a WoofPak subwoofer for my tourpak from them, a few years ago, and didn't have a problem.

I bought 1 of their dashlinks and it was defective. I was told multiple times I would be sent a new one..because they had changed the design to address the issue. Never happened. I just fixed it myself so I could use it.

Update, talked to Brandon today seem like really good guys. Shipping my parts tomorrow. Didn't want to leave a bad comment on here when it's been taken care of. I recommend these guys.
