I have one on my 2011 Road King and had the bike up to 110 mph. Could have taken my hands off the "wheel."
I have been thinking of adding one to my RK as well. Seems like a great price for the Reckless, be like having a SG & RK. How do you like the the fairing protection vs the stock windshield? Does it attach with the same quick release hardware?
I just took it for a quick test ride, maybe got up to 50 and no buffeting. I hope this weekend if it not too cold and rainy I can take it for a decent ride.
I ordered it from Reckless for 350 plus 50 shipping, Kenwood unit from Best Buys for 80 and four speakers at Wal Mart for 60. had my buddy down the street paint it (free parts swap). Plus other misc charges for wire connectors, wire, antenna, new windshield mounting hardware.

Protects better than stock. It comes with quick release hardware similar to factory windshield but it is slotted to drop into bracket without those spring clips.
Looks good I like the quick detach feature.
I remember having a Deadcenter fairing years ago on my 06 roadking.
Yours looks great, I like the low profile w/s.
Personally I didn't care for the windshield that came with mine. I gave Jim at FastAire a call and purchased a 7" dark Aero windshield and absolutley love it.
I really like the option of swapping back to stock windshield or no shield at all in just a few minutes. However, I have found that I leave the fairing on much more than I expected.
The main reason I leave it on much more than off is listening to the tunes. The Polk 6X9's and the Fosgate PBR300X2 rock!!! The better wind protection on long rides is a big plus also.
I just put a Dead Center fairing on a 07' Road King Classic. I work in Seattle & there located here, so I was able to go to their shop & look at there quality before I purchased one. If any one is considering a fairing look into Dead Center. There quality & attention is great and look & fit are great. I haven't been able to ride yet, still have snow & ice . Did I mention it looks Awesome.
