I just installed my Reckless Fairing. I had it painted to match my Hot Rod Flat paint, installed a Kenwood head unit and four 5.25 inch speakers. I ordered it with the 5 inch smoked windshield. I put a short rubber antenna inside the fairing, i will relocate it to the rear of the bike soon.
Overall I am happy with it, but upgraded speakers and maybe an amp will be due soon.
And now for pics;
I relocated the antenna today from inside the fairing to the back of the bike on the right saddlebag support. I made my own bracket and bought a antenna wire extender from the parts store.

I just took it for a quick test ride, maybe got up to 50 and no buffeting. I hope this weekend if it not too cold and rainy I can take it for a decent ride.
I ordered it from Reckless for 350 plus 50 shipping, Kenwood unit from Best Buys for 80 and four speakers at Wal Mart for 60. had my buddy down the street paint it (free parts swap). Plus other misc charges for wire connectors, wire, antenna, new windshield mounting hardware.
Other than the quality of the Walmart speakers and lack of an amp, are you satisfied with the product overall? How is the fit/finish of the fairing, windshield, mount, etc...? It looks good on your bike, hope you have many enjoyable miles behind her.

The overall fit and finish was good. It came in black Gelcoat and was smooth on the exterior. I had to open the radio cutout up a bit to accept the headunit. There is only one thing i found so far; on the bottom of the fairing there are four screws that connect the two halves together one of the nutplate inserts will not accept the screw to well. It takes more effort than the other three.
I am overall happy with the product.
