You are an inspiration, sir! Here's to many more happy miles for you.

Good to hear the surgery went well, keep walking it keeps everything in better condition. I just bought a treadmill a couple weeks ago and watch tv when I'm on it, time and distance goes fast then.

Great to hear you are riding. Follow the sawbones orders and give it time. If you are at Gator HD tell Doug we have messaged (Got my 2012 through Scott and Doug). Hope to see you at the shop "the bench". Winter is for riding. johnelmo

congrats for a quick recovery...but take it slow...back surgery has one of the highest reinjury rates. You don't want to do it again.

Like others said, good seat and backrest. I would also upgrade the suspension...just what the doctor ordered

Congrats on successful surgery! Do get a back rest and maybe a better seat so that you can support all that work done. Hey I am only ten years behind you and hope that I can still be going strong like you!

Congrats on being able to ride that fast don't over do it, after my back fusion with rods and screws it took me couple months to walk good with a back brace at 45, keep up the good work and do some stretches every morning to keep it limber
