I actually have the Procharged 120R bike up for sale. I going to get a Wide Glide for my next project. Anyway, when people call me to inquire about it the first thing I ask them is if they have another bike. Mainly because I don't want to fool them into believing that this bike can actually be used for touring.
You are doing the right thing. It may slow down how fast you sell the bike, but it will land up going to the right person.
Maybe "enjoyable" wasn't the best word to use. The blower (Procharger) protrudes from both sides of the engine, which makes the placement of my legs less than ideal. My build also produces alot of heat. Don't get me wrong, its a crazy ride! I can spin the rear tire in 3 gears and blow by the CBR's, but the bike is only truly a "bar hopper". I also have a 2010 SG that I use for long hauls.
i guess the procharger kit for the baggers is slightly different than the ones for the softails. You are right with the procharger protruding out a little bit but it doesn't affect my comfort level while riding. My only thought is that since i have forward controls my leg is at more of an angle and interferes less with the procharger. You legs are closer to being vertical than mine
