Default Load Equalizer Question

On a 2012 EGlide, I have the following set-up:
LED rear signal bulbs
Harley Run/Brake/Turn module
Harley Conversion Kit making the tour pak lights brake/turn/running lights
No load equalizer as the front signal bulbs and tour pak bulbs are regular bulbs

Here is the question:
If I change the front signal bulbs to LED and leave the tour pak bulbs as regular bulbs, will the draw from the tour pak bulbs allow me to not require a load equalizer since they are regular bulbs and now act as signal lights?

Before I spend $55 on a Biketronics Load Equalizer, I wanted to be sure I needed it.

I have LED signals all around on my 2004 Road King, the only load equalizer I have is for the rear signals, none needed for the fronts. All LED's are from Custom Dynamics, the LED bulb in the TL is from "across the ocean" but still seems to work well.

I installed LED blinkers and they wouldn't work without a load equaliser. They are fine with one - I bought a Badlands. I tried without one first, then bought one! You may have to do the same....
