Simple Green for me too. I used it weekly for 3 years on my Street Glide with no problems. Only on the motor and frame and underneath. Not a mark or blemish on the bike.
Palmolitve dish soap mixed in a sprayer for general grease & good for windshield bugs
Windex vinegar for chrome
S100 to bring back the black engine color
Mothers Gold for paint
Plexus or Moose Racing plastic cleaner for windshields
ArmorAll low shine for the stock inner fairing & other black plastic parts
Like everyone else I got alot of other stuff I use that I didnt list.
Do yourself a favor and just use brake cleaner, I use it all the time in the same area and have had great results on my 2011 SG.
I also only use Lemmon Pledge on my bike paint and chrome, it works great and makes the entire bike look like it just rolled off the show room floor.
Man so many options and I appreciate the responses! Where can I find the S100 products?
Most Harley dealerships carry the S100 products, and I've seen them in metric dealerships. I use the the S100 cycle cleaner around the engine and underside and Windex on the tins. Suds every once in awhile. The S100 engine brightener works great as well!

Reason: added info
On a cold bike I like to use Dollar Store foaming bathroom cleaner for the engine. Let sit a few thin rinse off. I would not dare try Simple Green but thats just because I have seen what it can do to aluminum stuff. By the way, You can clean the whole bike with The bathroom cleaner but you will have to rewax. Works good on removing stains in car mats and upholstery too.
I use Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner in the green aerosol can on the bike and truck/car engines, spray it on cold and let it sit a few minutes then hose off. Then dry and spray on some Pig Spit (from Dealer). With S100 make sure you rinse well, especially if you get any on the paintwork, it will stain. Adams Polishes, Poorboys or Zaino all work really good on the paint. And I use Eagle One Wheel and Tire cleaner on the wheels/tires, to me that is alot better than the S100 wheel cleaner and by better i mean faster and less work.
