Stumbled across this today during my neverending fairing search. Looks pretty awesome. Affordable and doesn't have crap I don't need (never understood the idea of fubling with CDs when riding when most of us use cell phones anyways).
Wondering what everyone's thoughts/experiences are with these before I pull the trigger.
I looked at the video. I like the idea but would want a larger amp with 6x9 speakers. I'd buy it if it was lower priced without the electronics. Then I could add the stuff I want.
I gave them a call about the fairing. They told me that the XS is TEN TIMES QUIETER than their standard setup with the infinity radio, etc, and at 40 or 50 mph the sound is distorted. I give em an A for honesty.
I might still pick it up. I really want a fairing, and I don't like the look of the MS batwing with no inner. I feel like having a quieter setup you can't really hear at highway is worth saving 230 bucks- mostly becuase I'm a cheapass.

They sell their fairing for 350 bucks with all of the cutouts but no electronics. Might be worth a buy. That's about what the Memphis Shades costs, and theirs doesn't have an inner fairing at all.
I wouldn't settle for a low power system. Yes the Memphis shades does not have an inner fairing and no way to hookup a radio its just a shell.
For $350 + shipping you can get the reckless fairing and add the electronics of your choice.
I'll probably do that before next winter. I was planing on just installing a fairing bra and not painting it. However several on here have said they won't fit it. Maybe I'll rattle can it with clear and call it good. The reckless looks like a better deal than the MS. I had a MS before and it was an ok fairing but I missed the tunes. Its part of the fairing experience to me.
