I am new on here, but thought I'd chime in,I bought a new 12 vivid black street glide this year, previous bike was an 07 fat boy. In my opinion there was no other choice for a new bike, like the rest of you I keep finding things that just make it better,I started with rush slip-ons,then hog tunes speakers, then passenger floor boards, then I thought I was done. Then I got to looking at the custom color shop and wow,I liked the idea of sweet paint,so I purchased a numbered paint set(tango) with stretched bags, now I think I'm done, well untill I think of something else...
Nice bike and good luck with it.... What type of Agiators are you going with and which rotors. I would like to go the same route but have to install my chrome front forks with monotubes and hd premium shocks which cleaned me out. Jeez....I need to hit lotto to keep up with the mods I see in this forum.
I woulda kept the Train. Around here, everybody has a SG, but Trains are extremely scarce & in high demand, prolly more than any other used model. I kick myself every day for trading my '05.

Man, you got that right!! This forum will cost you money, lol. My last bike...... I had to throw away the catalog that I had sitting on my coffee table. Couldn't stop "making the bike my own". Now, it's someone else's.

I went with a 19/18" agitator setup with the matching chrome rotors and the chrome front forks. The Agitator wheel is on backorder until Feb. 11th so I won't have my bike until then at the earliest.

I was in that boat as well, I wanted to keep the Train but financially it wasn't an option.
On the plus side of it being rare/scarce, I was actually shocked when the dealer made me an offer on it. I bought it used 3 1/2 years ago (with 300mi on it) and they came close to $1k of what I paid for it initially so even though I didn't want to see the bike go I feel like I did alright.
