I'm now looking at this too for my '08 RK. I found this thread that seemed to have a great description on what to do.

I like the looks of the digital speedo and analog tach. Larger easier to read tach. Also like the clock. Had any isues with the unit?

I'm interested in this speedo. I like the large size of the speed and tach. Wearing a full face helmet I have to tilt my head down slightly to read the speedo. The large size will make it easy to read the mph and rpm at a quick glance and get my eyes back on the road.
