I'm looking at a new 2013 Road King and would like to install one of the Harley speedometer/tachometer combos. There are several to choose from. Any recommendations?
I went with the HD version on mine and I love it.
Hardest part is choosing what backlight and needle colors to go with!
That thing is great, price is not too bad.
Install yourself, it's a breeze...
I put a HD # 70900070 on my Annuversary bike. I had one on my first King and couldn't live without it after I got use to it. Well worth the money MTC.
I'm seriously looking at the Anniversary Road King. I assume the spun aluminum dial looks okay on your bike? Did you do the install?
I've also looked at the Dakota Digital ones. They look pretty cool and have more functions than the Harley. But then how many functions do you need? They also retail for 5 bills but can be had on amazon.con for around $375.
I'm now looking at this too for my '08 RK. I found this thread that seemed to have a great description on what to do. http://www.****************/forums/h...ach-combo.html

Guess you have to copy paste the above link as it didn't lke me posting another forum's link. DOH
