Currently I am in Italy working as a civilian contracter with the USAF. Recently I purchased a 2013 Road King Classic through military sales. Now all of a sudden I find the company I work for has decided to close this position as a cost saving measure. I can't blame them and they are giving me a incentive to retire. Smaller than a golden parachute but bigger than a golden hanky. More like a golden diaper.
That being said I inquire to anyone has shipped a bike to USA from Italy or elsewhere in Europe. Any comments or recomendations are greatly appreciated.
By the way shipping the bike is out of my pocket. I have it listed for sale here in Italy but as it's the wrong time of the year and a high priced bike I really don't expect it to sell in the short time I have available.
