Rollover - I've been thinking hard keep/sale/keep/sale/keep/sale...I came up with sale, take some cash and by me a ATV and use the rest as a down payment.

G - I haven't picked it up yet.

BB06 / Randit - Thanks for the no go on the door issue. I'm gonna have to find away around it...

How about a sliding door...got one of those on the back of my house on the flower room (not sure if the wife will let me have it though).

I may just keep it on the back patio w/a cover until I can get the doors changed out.

51Moe- If you don't mind the ride, and who of us here hate to ride, go to Waugh in Orange VA. They are better than Patriot by a long shot. The only drawback is the fact that they are a long distance from you.

Big Daddy Waugh will treat you right and you'll never pay over MSRP out the door.

The last sportbike I had before getting my RK was a ZX-11, rarely miss the ZX but I have to say, I need to do a build on the stock 88".

Owner manual for my 2000 Road King has the overall width as 39" or 990mm. Doors on houses are rarely more than 36". Sliding doors, because of their hardware, don't open very far. If you change the door to something like an Anderson Frenchwood you can get both doors to swing open and almost fit a car through. The downside is the door will cost +$1,200. For that kind of money you can buy a shed so you and your bike have a place to live while the old lady files for divorce.
p.s. I sold my ATV and put the money toward my Harley. I have not regretted it for one second.

Phrogman, thanks for the info. I checked out Waugh's site (I use to hear H. Stern promoting them on the raido) and their prices seem to be comprable maybe $300 difference, I could probably talk Patriot into that. They have said they will match apples to apples of whatever I show them. Waugh has their numbers OTD (spelled out) on their site.

On a different note W-HD has $814 for extended warranty is that for only a couple of years?

Thanks Curmudgeon!
