You can't go wrong with Howard and MM. I just got my MRI 13 B shocks. If they function half as well as they look it will be great. They look to be very well constructed and the components look like precision machined aircraft parts.
I ordered a set of 12" JRI B's last week. He shipped them out the same day he received payment. They just cleared customs today so I should have them in my grubby hands by Monday or Tuesday.
I can't say more than what has already been said here. Howard is a great guy! I could not be happier than with the service I received from him from the first phone call.
I will report back here once I have had a chance to try them out, however being in Canada that won't be for another 41 days or so before Spring.
I have only dealt with Howard once so far , but I can tell you he is a class act, he even called me to go thru the installation process without my ever asking - stand up guy!
Red-Line, he was on the phone with you when I called. He called me back as promised the minute he hung up with you. Service is the most important element of any sale, especially when you're buying something technical. You can't ask for more than you get with Howard. I'm happy to spread the word.
Anyone can lower their price a dollar or two and ship you a product in a box. Service is worth every cent you pay for it and suspension is something about which very few people are true experts. You'll know more than most mechanics when you're done.
I am currently working on an FXR build, the ultimate handling machine, I can't wait to call Howard and let him set up the suspension.... It's the last portion of the build so I don't want to bug him until I am ready to buy...
I can't wait to get to that point, maybe another month or two, stoked!!!

He will help you compliment your build and make it all it should be. Please post pictures once you have the suspension worked-out with Howard.
Agree with everyone here about Howard and great service etc. I also just got JRI B 13". They came in a week or so ago and after I finish a project on my dyna I will be installing these with all the hand holding that howard is willing to provide. So far couldn't ask for a better purchase experience.

I received them today, as expected. I couldn't wait to pry open the box just to take a peek. I'm glad I did. They look totally awesome and appear to be a true quality build.
Having owned Ohlins TTX shocks and suspension components on my Ducati's before this Harley, I can attest to the quality of these JRI shocks. They are quite impressive to look at, and quite simply works of art themselves.
Hopefully I'll get around to installing them sometime in the near future. Lots of things going on in the household, and with winter still in full effect I won't be riding any time soon anyway. I'll give him a call as he had me promise him when that time comes.
I truly recommend Howard @ MotorcycleMetal for your suspension needs.
