i would look for an 2011 with a 103, the '12,'13 have lifters made in Mexico......
The gearing changed, not as tall, on post '07 year touring i believe.
i had a '07 FLSTF, gearing was a little tall in first getting off the line at a light. I did have a 103 build done to that engine 9.8:1 CP and Baisley heads, and cams, it was a nice running bike.
