Everyone that works for HD does not know the changes that are comming. I bet you the girl that sells t-shirts in dealers have HD on their paycheck. You think they are gonna tell every single employee the secret before its made public? I will believe the water cooled myth when it is sitting on the dealer floors.

 

Would love to see more horsepower water cooled if it meant they would remove that damned cat beside my ankle.

 

I thought the same thing until I saw a RK and a RKC side by side. There are several little details that make them different. Not impossible to replicate but not as easy as wheels, tires, and bags

 

Mufflers, fender medallions, tank logos, seat. Front wheel size, rear bumper.

Could cost some money if you want to make an exact copy.

A guy over on the CVO site said he got a glimpse of Harley during a photo shoot with the new CVOs and they were indeed watercooled. I just wanted to add to the speculation

 

Not this year, no release until late August at the Dealers meeting, well after Sturgis

 

Too bad not at Sturgis. That would make more sense.
