Finished the recent mods. Waddya think??
Front Brembos with the $60.00 Native Bagger flush axle and Magnum Shielding Black Pearl hoses.
WELL worth the effort and expense. Best brakes I've ever had on a Harley. One or two fingers and about 1/2'' lever pull is all it takes. A tip....you have to use a 2008 up banjo nut on the master cylinder. The rear will be done later this summer. Thinking about a Lyndall composite rotor on the back. Maybe better braking and longer life. Also need to swap out the other cables for Black Pearls.
Shorefire lid covers.
Now I want to get the seat covered to match. Top notch workmanship and excellent fit.
And a dirty glamour shot.
The sharp eye will notice the LRS windshield instead of the Klockwerks in the sig. I've found my perfect combination of tall in Winter and shorter the rest of the year. The LRS keeps all of the wind away, the KW allows a bit of a breeze.

100 percent agree on the Brembo calipers, rotors and m/c mod as being a great improvement.
I did not do the rear because I didn't want more braking power there--I was worried it would make locking the rear will and leading to a high side crash more likely.
OP, thanks for posting- I have been looking for an elegant solution to covering the top of the bags when my Wife rides with me, and I really like those covers.
