this is what i ended up doing, i got it pulled back your and the connector had come unconnected sometime during install, even with electrical tape and heat shrinking the bundle. now to get it all heat shrunk and reinstalled.
yep good old solder connections work perfect the loud hand works perfect now!! i ditched the green connector and the heated wires heat shrunk it all and used a bunch of grease and the 6 wires pulled through with no fighting at all!!! time to clean up and go to work for the day thanks for the help guys
i do notice one thing is that it seams to be idleing high, around 1200 ish could this be from the TGS or due to the fact i put an AC on and big radius pipes on without a tune yet?
ive got a power vision ordered and will be in tomorrow i hope should this take care of the problem?

There is a procedure for reseting the TBW. I know it is to be followed when installing a new TBW, but maybe it is to be followed when re-installing the original too? Not sure the procedure. Think it's ignition on, kill switch on (presurize fuel injection), and off. Three times in a row. Think it resets throttle which likely could affect idle. Not sure it's what is going on but could be...
dmize, ill get back about the idle after the PV is on
dew, thanks for the info i think ill search for that and how to clear the old codes from the tbw connector not being connected. im fairly confident once i get the tuner on it should take care of my idle it runs real rough bouncing constantly from about 1100-1300 ish and wont settle on an idle speed im thinking before i tore it apart it idled around 1000.
update, cleared codes and reset computer, idled at 1300 for about 30-45 sec then slowly dropped to 1000, still bounces constantly from 1000-1100 roughly and im sure that can be taken care of from loading the tune cant wait for it to come in!

Thanks Kustom!!!!! Im doing 14 Torch bars and got +8 brake and clutch!!!! Brake line looks short *** hell!!!!!!! I guess we'll see!!!!! Clutch is installed and looks gud!! Magnum by the way!!!!Holla
so if that green connector wont make it thru the Yaffe MBB's......what will? is it just a connector for wires or is there something inside that connector that is vital to TBW? Curious to what my dealer will do when he installs my bars.
