2007 electraglide neutral switch Question

Default 2007 electraglide neutral switch Question
I have the always light on problem. I have read many threads saying to clean the switch some say change it.

What i want to know is. Was the switch redesigned since 2007 ?
because if it just needs a cleaning and works that is one thing but if it`s a newer version i want to replace it. thank`s

Up to 06 is 6 speed with different ratio primary. Your 07 should have same tranny as newer. Switch is providing a ground path for light. Either your wire to the switch is shorted to ground or the switch is shorted. Unplug the switch, get your multimeter out and see if the wire or the switch is grounded then repair or replace as needed.

The part# for the 07 is 33926-06A. I believe it was superceded by 33926-06B

Then it went to -06C and subsequently back to -06B.
