Default Power Vision Question

I have already e-mailed Jamie but wanted to get other opinions
I have a 2006 Electra Glide Ultra so i don't have o2 sensors on my bike.
So is a power Vision still useful for me i know i won't be able to use auto tune but I'm looking to use their tunein program, just not sure if i should go that route.

Thank you for any help.

You will need to purchase the wide band autotune module with the PV in order to make it useful. You need O2 sensors in order to use the tuning feature.

Doesn't seem like it would be too hard to find head pipes that take sensors and use auto tune if you wanted to.

Oxygen sensor bungs are about $2 each. Add the cost to have 'em welded in the "correct" spot on your pipes, & Auto Tune (Power Vision or ThunderMax) becomes a good investment. Subtract the price of dyno tuning to get to the real cost of a good running bike.

Actually my dresser duals have the bungs I pluged them when I installed them, that would have to be a later upgrade for the auto tune.

I have a PV for my two bikes- An '03 without oxygen sensors and a '12 with the narrow-band OEM oxygen sensors.

I was going to add the wide-band sensors and AT module to the '03, so I could use the Pro autotune feature. The tune I was given, was spot on and the bike ran better than it had in years... I decided to leave it as is......

I have used the basic autotune feature for the '12.... again, the tune from FuelMoto was so close that I didn't really notice a difference after a few Auto tune sessions, but it was fun!

I will always have the option to add the pro auto tune with wide-band sensors in the furure should my needs change... a great option to have....

JMO, but I think you made the right choice. Of course, there is more than one "right" choice, but I enjoy my PV and using autotune. Adds a level of tinkerablility (is that a word?).

Fuel Moto boys are the best!
