Schaeffer's Harley Davidson Service Department was kind enough to indulge my request for some pictures of my job completed. I ordered the color matched inner fairing, then decided to add the chrome accent/leather dash pad from the CVO parts catalog to finish off the look I wanted. I just need to add the chrome bezel cover.
They said they will deliver it back to my garage early this week. I look forward to having her home, getting a few hundred more miles on, and having the 1k service, and dyno tune completed. Then we will be ready to rock and roll for the summer.
That pretty much helped me make a decision on my anniv bike, I couldn;t decide on the single color painted inner fairing or if I wanted to go 2 tone,,but kinda liking the the single color antique bronze look..thanks for helping me with my decision..
Looks good. I have an anniversary Ultra too and saw both the inner painted in the black and bronze. Bronze is much cleaner and looks way sharp in my opinion. I am adding speaker boxes to the lowers and had them painted in bronze as well. Good choice.
