I just bought a 2007 ultra classic it has a stage 1 air cleaner Rinehart true dials and a power commander.
I am getting about 130 miles per tank, it seems low to me. I have downloaded the power commander software and check my mapping. It is the right map for what I have. Is there any additional tweaks I can make to get better fuel mileage?
I have a PC IV on my 10EGC.when I got it Fuelmotto had set it up before shipping it. I have Rinehart true duals and Arlen Ness Big Sucker A/C. When we rode to Daytona I got 32-33 mpg. I called Jamie who sent me a second map for better fuel economy. With that map I am getting 40+. He said it took away some low end torque but not enough to get excited about. So yes you can tweak it if you know how or that is a nice advantage of ordering through FM
It also spits back through the air cleaner some times on start up. Low end torque is not an issue I don't ride it hard I just want to be able to pass a couple gas stations before filling up. I got way better mileage on my sporty with a 3 gallon tank then my ultra with a 5 gallon tank.
