Need help with shift linkage
Was on PGR mission today and on the way home coming to a stop I found my linkage apart. It stripped from where the heim joint part screws into the linkage rod itself. It is the Willie G and no doubt made in China so do not care to go that round again. I found this Arlen Ness and I like the design but it obviously does not have an adjustment (hopefully a plus). I honestly can't recall if I had to make any adjustments when I installed the last one or not. So question is should this work on my 01 Road King?

Do you know the length?
If so, just measure yours and match it up! You can vary the length somewhat, just move the lever then adjust the shift arm(s) on the splines after it's installed. Just so long as there isn't too much difference in length...

Guess I will call them (Eastern performance) tomorrow and ask the length. The hell of it is, although it is Arlen Ness the damned thing is made in China..... THAT is why I do not want another HD one. At least this is a one piece so should not have to worry about anything stripping.
