Is there away to quit them down if they were to loud. I haven't seen either in person , love the look , but loud is good for awhile . Can the baffles be remove or modified to adjust the sound. Have to run them awhile to know , already they enough experiments laying in the garage
After 2500 miles, packing was about a third gone on right side pipe. Put new in. Getting end cap back on posed challenging as the pipes are not round but slightly oval. Chrome is holding up good.
Not sure it would make a difference, but the packing is only in the back half of the pipe. If you put packing the full length, it might quiet then down some.
I've got ver 1000 miles on mine and I got them used...still sound/perform great, you won't be disappointed....but if you are then you're only out a couple hundred dollars and sell them to someone else since there seems to be a market for the knock offs
