Do your 10" handlebars block your fairing mounted Zumo?
So I'm about ready to pull the trigger on either the Yaffe 10" Monkey Bars or the Wild 1 WO578 and then it dawned on me that I might have an issue with my fairing mounted Zumo GPS unit. I do probably 80% of my riding without it but Im glad I have it when I need it. Relocating the nag/gps unit really isn't an option 'cuz I like where it is and I've already drilled all the holes and routed the wires.
So, my question is, does anyone out there have experience with these bars and the GPS unit. Im guessing there is going to be some interference/blockage but is it manageable? I wonder if the chubbys block the view a little less because of the bend radius versus the miter cut on the Yaffe's?
I have Yaffe 10" MBB's and the Zumo 665 on the fairng mount. Yes it does block it somewhat, but it doesn't interfere with us age really. You can still see the screen and the nav path. Granted its not ideal, but I wouldn't give up either. I love my bars and my zumo.
